• How do I purchase Living the Hero's Journey?

Simply click on the Buy now button at the bottom of any of the pages in this website and you'll be taken to the payment page. Once your payment has been processed, you will be given instant access to the download page where you can immediately download Living the Hero's Journey. If you don't want to download all the files at once, you'll find an email at your payment email address that contains a password that will allow you to return to the download page to finish downloading the files.

• Do I need a PayPal account to buy?

No. If you do not have a PayPal account you can simply click continue (see the red oval in the image below) and enter your credit card information. You'll have an option to create a PayPal account later, but it's not required.

• Do I need to download all the files at once?

No. You'll have permanent access to the download page. As mentioned above, if you don't want to download all the files at once, you'll find an email at your payment email address that contains a password that will allow you to return to the download page to finish downloading the files at another time.

• How do the meditation tracks affect my brainwaves?

The sound waves from the audio tracks work on a principle called entrainment. For example, if you hit a tuning fork to make a sound, another tuning fork of the same pitch will start to sound as well due to resonance. In the same way, the audio tracks create low frequency pulsations (beats) that entrain your brainwaves (the electrical activity created by the neurons firing) to a particular frequency. • Are the meditation tracks safe?

Yes. The audio tracks have been extensively safety tested for two years. They are effective at a low volume and they gradually bring the user to a relaxed and meditative state.

• I've lost my password. What do I do?

Go to the Home page and click on Lost Password? in the sign-in box in the upper right corner. Enter your payment email address in the text box and click the Submit button. A new password will be sent to your payment email account.

• How do I get a refund?

Contact us at support@livingtheherosjourney.com within 60 days of your purchase of Living the Hero's Journey and ask for a refund. Your full payment will be refunded as soon as possible.

• What is your privacy policy?

The privacy policy for the Living the Hero's Journey web site is very simple. We do not release any of the information submitted by our users unless required by law. The user's payment email address is used to send a permanent access password for the download page. On the Download page, the user's inputted email address is used to send the Living the Hero's Journey Bonus Newsletter. On the Lost Password page, the user's inputted email address is used to send a new password. On the Contacts page, the user's inputted email address is used to respond to user questions, requests, and comments. You can be assured, however, that any information submitted by users and clients will remain with us.
